Time of Swiss INC. is not an "Authorized Dealer" of the high-end luxury brands that we sell. Authorized dealers cannot sell online or below retail. We can do both. We choose to pass that savings on to you.

An Authorized or Official Dealer is simply a dealer who has agreed to work with a limited number of manufacturers in exchange for steeply discounted pricing on merchandise. However, the manufacturers place strict guidelines on merchandise pricing for Authorized Dealers, which restricts the dealers from discounting merchandise. As such, these dealers operate at very high margins and do not pass savings on to their customers. In addition, it is strictly forbidden for many top tier Swiss manufacturers such as Rolex and Cartier to sell any of their products retail online.

Yes. Unlike most online retailers we have a physical show-room in LA - CA, and all of our inventory online is in the show-room. Every watch listed online is in stock and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Many of our watches include the original manufacturer's box and all documentation. If the original box is not available, we will provide you with a quality replacement box. If there is no manufacturer's paperwork, Time of Swiss INC. will provide a complimentary appraisal listing all verified documentation free of charge upon request. This appraisal can also be used for insurance purposes.
